Ras Al Khaimah Police signs a contract for the supply, installation, and operation of the Smart Safe City Platforms for Real-time Monitoring and Analysis (SCSS)

The General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police signed a contract for the supply, installation, and operation of the unique "SCSS" smart city monitoring and analysis platforms, which are unique in the world with the Safe City Group specialized and working in this field, and has the expertise and capabilities necessary to carry out all the requirements of developing and manufacturing smart safe city platforms For observation and analysis.

The contract was signed by the Ras Al Khaimah Police, His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, and on the side of the Safe City Group, Ali Mohsen Al-Omari, CEO of the Safe City Group, in the presence of Brigadier Engineer Walid Ali Al Mannai, Director General of Development and Innovation in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, General Supervisor of the project to match the compatibility of the project specifications locally and internationally, as the project comes based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah within the framework of the Technology Capital Fund that His Highness launched in 2017 to complete the smart city project, and to meet The needs and requirements of the digital city system in terms of smart surveillance systems devices, and technological security with all its accessories and components, in order to conduct the tasks performed by police work, and to enhance and maintain security in the Emirate.

His Excellency Major General Ali bin Alwan explained that enhancing technological security in the emirate will be achieved through electronic and smart connectivity to the Ras Al Khaimah Police Operations Room, with all technologies and modern digital security surveillance systems, which support the smart city project and technological security that helps in the detection and analysis of wanted persons, and vehicle numbers. Unlicensed and expired licenses, in implementation of the Ministry of Interior's strategy aimed at reducing the occurrence of crimes and enhancing security on a large scale, using the algorithms and artificial intelligence technologies provided by the company. Adding his happiness, that the city of Ras Al Khaimah is considered a distinct and sustainable tourist destination among the tourist cities, especially after it was chosen as the capital of Gulf tourism for the year 2021 and for the second year in a row, as it is one of the safest cities in the world, given that it is a city with a tourist character and identity and a distinct place to live, reside and work, Therefore, we had to work on strengthening security work and concerted efforts to achieve security sustainability that enhances the tourism and investment environment that attracts money and business.

For his part, Brigadier General Engineer Walid Ali Al-Mannai emphasized that signing the supply contract with the Safe City Group aims to enhance and enable the capabilities of the police cadre to deal efficiently, effectively, and professionally with everything related to the security of the individual and society, and to create an integrated security system that works to achieve the vision of the Ministry of Interior in the field Security and safety and the directives of His Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai in support of police leaderships and the advanced technology industry, especially those that come with an Emirati national industry bearing the slogan "MADE IN UAE"
